Taking walks has become a habitual practice in my life. Dating back to pre-pandemic days; it started as a way to escape from and release the anxiety and distress going on in my mind. I can rely on this form of daily activity to help center myself emotionally from a stressful day. This picture in particular is comforting to me, as it reminds me of the quiet streets I would take my walks and resonates with me as a familiar place.
