“21” is a theoretical number, it can take longer or shorter to form a good habit or break a bad one. Waking up at 9 am is not an easy journey for me because I am a late owl. I usually sleep at 12 am or sometimes at 1 am. However, when I started to apply “21 days of forming a habit” I was able to get up early. I think persistence is essential not only in daily work but even in big things like completing projects ahead of time. The important thing about the 21-day challenge is not the result but the process, and how persistent you are.
