Habits are difficult to break. Unfortunately, I have many bad habits, I keep telling myself: “I will stop doing it tomorrow” but we all know how it turns out. After reading many articles, I found that the universal first step to reshaping your habits by identifying your habits loops. The artifact above is the diagram of the core of every habit. After identifying your habit loops, substitute good habits within the diagram and reward yourself in the process.
